Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the provision of maritime-tourist services by Vaga Descansada.

Reservations are valid only after email confirmation and payment of a 15% deposit. Customers must arrive at the scheduled time. No-shows will result in the loss of the tour and the deposit.

The deposit is paid upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour, prior to boarding.

By customer: Up to 48 hours (deposit refunded). Less than 48 hours (no refund).
By company: Cancellations due to weather or safety reasons will result in a reschedule or a full refund.
