Reservations are made through our website and are only considered valid after email confirmation and payment of a deposit equivalent to 15% of the total cost.

The deposit payment can be made via bank transfer (domestic or international) or cash in euros. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour, before boarding.

Cancellations made by the customer up to 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours before do not receive a refund. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

In case of bad weather, the tour may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of the tour operator. If the tour is cancelled due to weather, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
